Getting in Shape
The things we do for our clients! A week ago John H at Downtown Fitness started his “Summer Body Workout Challenge”. It’s an 8 week program where participants compete to win cash prizes and a membership. The results are judged on weight loss, body change and participation.
Well long story short, we “convinced” John to advertise with us and he “convinced” us to enter his Challenge. At first I was a little skeptical, I’ve never been one to workout on a regular basis and diets….well they’ve never been my friend. Anyway Kelly and I went in last Monday for weigh in what a reality check. There’s nothing like getting on a scale to motivate you to start working out.
Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned
If you went to your favorite location yesterday in anticipation of picking up the March Issue of Rochester Woman Magazine, you were probably disappointed to find that they weren’t there, well so were we.
Wow, where did the time go
…And just like that our February Issue is out and we are almost ready to put March to bed. Also, just like that, winter is coming to an end, although we can always count on March for at least one major event.
